こんにちは、日本には、何回目の来日になるのでしょうか？
Hi I'm DJ CHUS, I came to 3rd times in Japan in this time.
1st time is WOBM, 2nd time is WARE HOUSE, and this time
is No.1 club Tokyo ageHa.
こんにちは、僕はDJ CHUSです。
日本に来るのは、3回目だね。
1回目はWOMB、2回目はWARE HOUSE、そして、今度はNo.1クラブの東京のageHaです。
2/How was this event and
No.1 club "ageHa" of Japan?
今回のイベントはどうでしたか？
また、日本のNo.1クラブ「ageHa」は、どうでしたか？
The crowds, sound system, dancer, and vibe of ageHa.
Everything is special for me.
ageHaのクラウド、サウンドシステム、ダンサー、そして、みんなのヴァイブ。
これらのすべてのことが僕にとって、スペシャルだったんだよ。
3/Please tell us your impression
of audience in Japan.
日本のオーディエンスの印象は、どうですか？
To be honest, the Japanese audience was quiet impression,
but they were different at all.
When I play music, everybody came to dance floor and they
do the reaction at once according to the sound..
So like to play in Japan very much.
正直、日本人は、おとなしいっていう印象があったんだ。
でも、それは、全然違っていたね。
僕が音楽をプレイすると、みんなダンスフロアにやってきて、音に合わせてリアクションするんだ。
だから、日本でプレイするのは、好きなんだよね。
4/Please tell us about the
play style of difference of CHUS & CEBALLOS and DJ
CHUS.
CHUS & CEBALLOSとDJ CHUSのプレイスタイルの違いについて教えて下さい。
When I play alone, I play by more various, more different
styles, play more house, maybe I can play techno style,
progressive style, I play more open session.
CHUS & CEBALLOS play everything as well.
House, Techno, Tribal, Drum & Bass etc of all set
and it is more Iberican sound 100%.
一人の時は、いろいろな異なったスタイルでプレイするんだ。
ハウス中心のプレイになったり、テクノスタイルのプレイになったり、
プログレッシヴスタイルでもプレイするから、オープンセッションなプレイになるね。
CHUS & CEBALLOSでは、もうすべてをプレイするね。
ハウス、テクノ、トライバル、ドラムンベースのオールセットだよ。
そして、Iberican sound 100％になるんだ。
5/You played with a lot
of clubs all over the world, please tell us the club of
your No.1. Club.
世界中の多くのクラブでプレイしたと思いますが、あなたのNo.1のクラブを教えて下さい。
It is about No.1 club in the world, but I have a lot of
No.1 Club.
However, if one is enumerated, one of my best club is
STEREO in MONTREAL in CANADA.
Sound system is very unique and fantastic.
And back room is unique too.
In addition, the audience of MONTREAL is amazing people.
No.1のクラブついてだけど、たくさんあるね。
でも、もしひとつ挙げるなら、カナダのモントリオールにあるSTEREOだね。
サウンドシステムはユニークでファンタスティックだし、バックルームもとっても面白いんだよ。
さらに、モントリオールのオーディエンスは、素晴らしい人たちだしね。

your tracks.
What track is your most favorite track in the STEREO PRODUCTIONS?
次は、あなたのトラックについて教えて下さい。
STEREO PRODUCTIONSのトラックの中で一番お気に入りのトラックは、何ですか？
It is my new techie and tribal original track "To
you" with Pablo.
Brand new track goes on.
We did 2 different mix is more techie more hard.
And we had collaboration with a lot of friends, Joe T
Vannelli, Peter Bailey, Richie Santana.
Pabloと一緒に進行している僕の新しいテッキーなトライバルのオリジナルトラック"To
you"だね。
いつもと違う感じなんだ。
あと、2つの違うミックスは、もっとテッキーな感じだよ。
僕らは、Joe T Vannelli, Peter Bailey, Richie Santanaらの多くの友達と
コラボレーションしたんだ。
7/Then,
'The Strong Rhythm' of Manaca and Chus & Ceballos
became a hit very much. How was this track made?
それから、Manaca,Chus & Ceballosの'The
Strong Rhythm'が大ヒットしましたね。
このトラックはどのように作ったのですか？
This track is released MAGNA
RECORDING.
MAGNA RECORDING is good label, and Carlos is the label
owner.
And this track made with Carlos and Pablo.
It started from the beat and the rhythm in the beginning,
it took a few days.
And this track was completed in one week.
Then we send the track to Danny Tenaglia, Victor Calderone
and Deep Dish,
and played track.
Danny Tenaglia played track for long time.
We licensed the track to Moody RECORDING in the AMERICA.
And after 1 year, we started on label and mixing this
track, and so very special tracks for me and Carlos and
Pablo.
It is amazing experience.
このトラックは、MAGNA RECORDINGからのリリースだね。
MAGNA RECORDINGは、良いレーベルで、Carlosがレーベルオーナーなんだ。
そして、CarlosとPabloと一緒に作ったんだよ。
はじめに、ビートとトラックから始めたんだけど、2、3日かかったね。
そして、1週間でこのトラックが完成したんだ。
それから、Danny Tenaglia、Victor CalderoneやDeep Dishに送って、プレイしてもらったんだ。
Danny Tenagliaは、長い間プレイしてくれたね。
それから、僕らは、アメリカのMoody RECORDINとライセンスしたんだ。
それから1年後、レーベルをはじめて、このトラックをミックスしたんだよ。
だから、僕にとっても、CarlosやPabloにとっても、本当に特別なトラックなんだ。
良い経験になったね。
8/You
make quite a lot of track, and are doing the tour, which
do you like doing DJ and music production?
あなたはとても多くのトラックを作ったり、ツアーをしていますが、
DJをするのと音楽をプロデュースするのは、どちらが好きですか？
It is the same thing for me
to do DJ, and to make music.
And perfect balance.
It is terrible hard work to make music in the studio.
And it is so fan to do DJ in the club.
Music can be played with a real sound system.
This two are perfect combinations for me.
僕にとって、DJすることも、音楽を作ることも同じことなんだ。
パーフェクトなバランスだね。
音楽を作りだすスタジオワークは本当にハードだね。
でも、クラブの中でDJすることは、とっても楽しい。
よりリアルなサウンドシステムで音楽がプレイ出来るからね。
僕にとっては、この2つが完璧なコンビネーションなんだ。

tell us your next GIG schedule and new release information.
あなたのギグのスケジュールとニューリリースの情報を教えて下さい。
My schedule is a lot of works
next year 2008.
I come back to the studio work, make some collaboration.
More original work because I need more tracks.
First of all, it goes to Portugal, and the track with
DJ Vibe is finished up next week.
And I have with Carlos Manaca 'The Strong Rhythm 2008'
And with David Penn 2 tracks of Vorcal are released with.
来年の2008年の僕のスケジュールは、仕事ばっかりだよ。
これからは、スタジオワークに戻って、コラボレーションをいくつかするんだ。
勿論、オリジナルトラックも作るよ。僕には、もっとトラックが必要だからね。
まず、来週はポルトガルへ行って、DJ Vibeとトラックを仕上げるんだ。
あと、Carlos Manacaとの'The Strong Rhythm 2008'もあるね。
それとDavid Pennとは、ヴォーカルのトラックを2曲リリースするんだ。
