1/Can you introduce yourself?
まずは自己紹介をして頂けないでしょうか。

I'm YANASAWA. I represent the company called "OMOSHIROHOUJIN kayac".
By the work of the trust, it moves as a producer bringing about a model of new Internet business by the WEB service of the own company as Director WEB.

受託の仕事では、WEBディレクターとして自社のWEBサービスでは、新しいネットビジネスのモデルを生み出すプロデューサとして動いております。

2/Please tell us the chance to have become a WEB DIRECTOR.
WEB DIRECTORになったきっかけを教えて下さい。

I belonged to the society for the study (a seminar) of the Internet at a university.
What kind of thing is there with new technology simply? I was interested about that.

大学でインターネットの研究会（ゼミ）に所属してました。
単純に新しい技術をつかってどんなことができるのか？
ということに興味をもったことがきっかけです。

3/Do you have the influenced artist?
影響を受けたアーティストはいますか?

I am affected by many comics appearing as way of life in Japan.

生き方として、日本国内で出ている多くの漫画に影響を受けています。

4/Please tell us about your company "kayac".
カヤックについて教えてください。

In the character side of the juridical person, I wave the dice and decide a salary and put the main office in Kamakura with the sea and the mountain, and it is works tile which can go to the sea during work and and I borrow a foothold temporarily abroad, and there is a system called "a branch office going on a trip" to test whether it is possible by work performing in the country even where readily unique organization.

「法人」のキャラクター面においては、サイコロを振って、給料を決めたり、海と山のある鎌倉に本社を置き、仕事中に海にいけるワークスタイルや、海外に一時的に拠点を借りて、国内で行ってる仕事をどこででもできるか実験しようという「旅する支社」という制度があったりと、
なかなかユニークな組織ではないかと思います。
事業面においてはWEBサービス周りの開発において受託の仕事でもある程度の実績残し、自社サービスでも他にはないユニークなサービスを生み出しているという意味で、評価を頂いております。
経営理念について「つくる人を増やす」ということを掲げて、活動しております。
これは、クリエイターを支援するということより、つくってなかった人につくることの価値を知ってもらうことを意味します。
その結果、社会に貢献し、人に優しい社会になると考えており、それがわれわれの使命です。

5/What is your most impressive works?
今までで、一番思い出深い作品やプロジェクトについて教えて頂けないでしょうか。

Because production of the sites of the own company is a fight with oneself every time, I am deep and always stay in the memory.
I revised it five times in ten years.

自社のサイトの制作というのは毎回、自分との戦いなので、常に記憶に深く残っております。
10年間で5回バージョンアップをしました。

6/What work do you want to be going to do in the future?
これからは、どんな作品を手掛けて行きたいですか？

For example, in the meaning called the own company service, it is ART-Meter

経営理念にそったサービスというものを今後も生み出していければと思います。

7/What music do you like?
好きな音楽は何ですか？

There is not one's favorite genre.
In the first place I do not listen to music very much.
The thing recommended to a person becomes basic all enthusiast.

自分の好きなジャンルというのがありません。
そもそも音楽をあまり聴きません。
人に薦められたものは基本全部好きになります。

8/How do you think the flow of digital will evolve?
これからのデジタルの流れについてどうなっていくと思いますか？

... that a question is difficult...lol
Originally I am not aware of what is analog with digital very much.
But, I think that we are human beings of a working situation to do an analog thing in digital when I go by relative relations with the whole thing of the life.
The posture that it is possible to have to be careful, and many variables, the thing which can think that seemingly I am unworthy of it arrest as value thinks that it is necessary on this occasion.
I think that, as a result, digital and an analog boundary line disappear by doing so it.

質問が難しいです・・・（笑）
もともと、デジタルで何がアナログだとかあまり意識しておりません。
が、世の中全体との相対関係でいくと、僕らはアナログなものをデジタルにしていくという作業をしている立場の人間だと思います。
その際に注意しなければいけないことは、できるだけ多くの変数、一見価値のないと思えるようなものも価値としてとらえる姿勢が必要なのだと思っています。
そうすることで、結果としてデジタルとアナログの境界線がなくなっていく物だと思っております。
