まず、自己紹介して下さい。

Hi I am LULA!
Perhaps it will be easier if I copy what my label, KULT Records says about me:
LULA needs no introduction to the world of the underground, she entered the speaker a decade ago and served up the vocals for the chart-topping underground classic, NYLX "Goosebumps" and never left the woofer.
When we first heard Danny Tenaglia drop the Johnny Vicious' Mushroom Mix with LULA's vocals dancing into the mix from the Twilo's JBL Towers, we have been hooked on LULA.
Pumping out hit after hit with the biggest names in the industry such as Danny Tenaglia, Vibe Rui de Silvia, Johnny Vicious, Creamer and K, Peter Rauhofer, her legacy continues. LULA's own brand of Freestyling poetry, is pumped out at peak-time in dance clubs and disco techs around the world.
Entering the game on top, LULA still enjoys riding those frequencies.

2/Project most recently remained in memories?
最近一番記憶に残っているプロジェクトは何ですか？

"Goosebumps."
Because it was totally unplanned.
Danny and I had never talked about anything like that.
All I did was visit him in the studio in the middle of the night to meet The Underground Sound of Lisbon guys, who were so cute, both of them. All of a sudden, Danny tells me to get behind the microphone and just talk.
He asked me some stuff, and I just answered and talked and talked.
That was the birth of that track.
And when I heard that Johnny Vicious was interested in remixing it, I totally went crazy.
What an honor… One of my heroes! And no way would I have ever thought that I would hear my own voice coming out of the speaker at Twilo with people dancing to it… it was crazy!
My wildest dreams came true with that track.
Produced by Danny Tenaglia and The Underground Sound of Lisbon and remixed by Johnny Vicious!!
With just that lineup, I could have been satisfied and happy for the rest of my life.
But now, even more of my heroes are offering to work with me, like the Kult of Krameria, Midnight Society, DJ Jiggy, and Pete Tha Zouk... these people are dream producers, anyway.

その曲は、完全に無計画であったのでダニーと私は、
その事に関してでも一度も話したことがありませんでした。
そして、夜中にThe Underground Sound of Lisbonのメンバーに会うために
スタジオに行った時の事です。
彼らが、 突然マイクを持ってきて、ただ話すように私に言いました。
彼が、あるものを私に尋ねて、私はただ答えて、しゃべりまくりました。

私自身の声が、twiloのスピーカーから流れて、踊っている人がいるのを体感して
とても興奮しました。
そうやって、私の夢は、突然実現しました。
Danny TenagliaとThe Underground Sound of Lisbonによってproduceされ、Johnny Viciousのremixと一緒にリリースされ本当に満足でした。

3/A gig most recently remained in memories?
最近一番記憶に残っているギグは何ですか？

My trip to NYC in August sparks some good memories!
- I loved Victor Calderone at Pacha.
what great music.
Also, Behrouz at Cielo.
I loved his music.
But what ever happened to the clubs?
I was shocked. Imagine, the last time I went out in NYC was at vinyl when Danny Tenaglia was spinning, that was 1999!!! Oh god, where have these times gone?
Where have the clubs gone?
PLEASE CAN SOMEONE OPEN A CLUB LIKE THIS AGAIN?
I will work there for free! First of all, we need a good sound system with big black speakers that stand on the ground and darkness.
PLEASE!!!
That's all we really need.
WHAT HAPPENED?
I was shocked.
The music was so good, but what happened to the underground feeling.
I want it back.
I NEED IT BACK!
And many of the people I know want it back.
Lets do it! Lets all do it together!
We need the underground back.
We have all the good music.
We need a good club again.
Sorry, I got carried away.... hahaha

8月のニューヨークへ行った時のいくつかの思い出があります。
pachaでの、Victor CalderoneやCieloでのBehrouzは、好きでした。
私は、彼らの音楽が大好きです。
しかし私は、とてもショックを受けました。
なぜならサウンドシステムが良くありませんでした。
私は、danny Tenaglia が、出演していた１９９９年の頃をイメージしていました。
音楽がとても良いのに。残念です。
たくさんの人達がその事を知っているはずです。
私達は、再び良いクラブを必要とします。
すみません（笑）、私は夢中に答えてしまいました…。（笑）。

4/Recently, please tell me the your favorite track.
最近の曲で気に入ってるトラックは何ですか？

"Fire & Burn" which is my current release!
Cause its my come back track after 5 years of null in releases.
"when I discovered MySpace, a BIIIIG Lula fan from Florida, Eric Tenalio, wrote to me.
He has a computer, he told me, he lives for the sounds… he never released anything so far!
I told him to let me hear some of his tracks…they were very creative…I gave him tips to change certain things…and one day he just fixed up this track…and I loved it.
He put this effect in it, the male "fire" word.
I loved it. and I told him, I would record some vocals for him, kind of like a present for a fan actually, because he was so sweet and enthusiastic and hopeful.
The word "fire" brought some ideas in my head and he added some ideas, too.
I wrote the vocals pretty fast and recorded them in Vienna…" KULT heard it and picked it up!
We got some great supporters including DJ Vibe, Victor Calderone, Peiter Bailey, DJ Boris, Chus, Cevin Fisher, Eddie Amador, Merritt, DJ Paulo, Stephan Grondin amongst many others (with mixes by Portugal's DJ Jiggy, New York's Tibal Tarante, Italy's Giangi Cappai) and I am loving it!

なぜなら５年間その事に対して振り返る事ができるからかな。
私がMySpaceで、彼を発見したときの事です。
フロリダからのLulaファンである(erick Tenalio)は連絡してきました。
彼は、コンピュータを持っていて、音楽を生き甲斐としています。
しかし、彼は自分の作品を何もリリースしませんでした!
彼のトラックを聞いてとてもクリエイテイブなものだと感じて彼の考えと私の考えを混ぜ合わせ
「炎」というものをテーマにして曲を制作しました。
KULT RECORDSはその曲を聞いて気に入り、
ポルトガルのDJ JiggyとニューヨークのTibal Tarante,イタリアのGiangi Cappai)のremixを収録してリリースしました。
そして、DJ Vibeを含むVictor Calderone, Peiter Bailey, DJ Boris, Chus,Cevin Fisher, Eddie Amador, Merritt, DJ Paulo, Stephan Grondin 等、偉大なサポート獲て、
私は、とても気に入っています。

5/Is the following release scheduled?
この曲のリリースは、いつですか？

I am promoting my current release as mentioned before, entitled “FIRE & BURN” and I also have a yet unreleased but buzzing like crazy track which is a collaboration vocal with ALAN T produced by Eddie Cumana (Dynamix) entitled “There is only one” (The battle for the Speaker!) which looks like its going to be huge and I put together an album of all Portuguese producers since I like that sound and I am also putting together an album of all Stars talent, my all time favorite producers and friends!
Its gonna be a great year!
All releases will be with my label KULT Records.
So far these producers have agreed to do tracks with me: DJ Pierre, DJ Vibe, Rui da Silva, The Kult of Krameria (the Portuguese sound again!!!) Victor Calderone, DJ Chus, Saeed, Behrouz, Johnny Vicious, hopefully Danny Tenaglia,...........and I would really like Felix da Housecat, The Murk Boys and Steve Lawler to be on that too. Lets see.....

最新の事を言わせていただくと、Eddie Cumana (Dynamix) のproduceによる“FIRE & BURN”という曲でAlan tとコラボレーションした曲かな。
ポルトガルのproducer達とアルバムを作る計画ですべてkult recordsからリリースして本当に
すばらしい年にしたいね。

6/What will you think the music download to become it in the future?
音楽のデジタル配信の流れと将来をどう思う？

I think music downloads will be the future of music in one way or another.
Perhaps music will be come free and on money will be made only on a play by play royalty like publishing.
The market and the landscape is changing fast, too fast to make predictions! New technologies, new business models, too much to factor in…..still music will be part of our life and rock our world regardless of how its delivered~!

私は、音楽ダウンロードが音楽の未来の基本になる思います。
恐らく、音楽は自由になって、出版のようなロイヤリティだけで作られるということでしょう。
市場と風景は速く、予測をすることができないくらい速く変化します!
新しい技術は、新しいビジネスの要素にモデル化されすぎます。
それでも、音楽は私達の人生の一部であり、それが、どうしたからという事にかかわらず
私達の世界を強く揺すぶるでしょうね!。
