1/First I hope to introduce myself.
まずは自己紹介を。

Hello. I'm Oscar de Rivera.
I'm from Spain and I'm a DJ and also a producer of the world top level Stereo Production.
I'm djing in the event called "Roombah" at Thursday nights in my own club in Valladorid in Spain. I'm running the other event called "People" every Sundays in the club in Madrid.

Back to 17 years ago. My father used to own a club and I used to go to the pub on its 2nd floor with my mom.
I wanted to go downstairs so bad, but my parents didn't let me.
So I was always upstairs and just listening to the music from downstairs, and I was hooked.
That led me to start my career, so to speak. I started djing in some clubs during summer vacation in Benidorm, Spain when I was 14 or 15.
I don't do drinking, smoking or drugs.
Nothing. Very healthy. (laugh)

スペイン出身で、DJ,プロデューサーとして世界レベルであるステレオプロダクションで活動しているんだ。
スペインのバヤドリードにあるクラブで毎週木曜日“Rumba”というイベントでまわしているんだ。また、マドリードの有名なクラブでは毎週日曜日“People”というイベントをやっているよ。

全ての始まりは17年前。父がディスコをもっていて、その上がパブになっていて母親とよく行っていたんだよね。
とにかく下のディスコに行きたかったんだけど、行くことはできなかったんだ。その時、下（ディスコ）でかかっていた曲をよく聴いていて、そのころから音楽に対して興味を持って、今の仕事のきっかけとなったんだ。そして、14、15歳の頃、夏にバカンスでベニドール（スペイン）に行った時、そこのクラブでバイトを始めたんだ。
僕はアルコール、タバコ、ドラック、なにもしないんだ。
とても健康的でしょ。（笑）

2/Project most recently remained in memories?
最近一番記憶に残っているプロジェクトは？

I've worked hard to make my dreams come true.
I became a DJ and own my own club, and I had a chance to learn about the world. I've visited so many countries and met so many people.
The best thing is to be able to live with what I want to do.
Those are all my dreams which I wanted to make them happen.
It must be a dream for all DJs to play in front of huge audience in big countries (cities).
I've done it and I still hope to keep playing in bigger places.
I'm grateful and satisfied with the place where I am now in terms of career as DJ and producer.

僕の夢は叶ってきているね。
昔からの夢だったDJにもなったし、自分のクラブも持った。
そして世界を知ることもできた。色々な人に出会い、世界各国を旅すること・・・何よりも自分のやりたいことが仕事で、それで生活ができていること。
全て僕が描いてきた夢であり、それが徐々に実現されているんだ。
みんなにとって世界中の大きな国（都市）で多くの観客の前でプレイするのは夢だと思う。
そしてそれを実現してきたし、これからももっと大きな場所でプレイしたい。
僕は、今の自分や自分の仕事に感謝しているし、満足しているんだ。

3/A gig most recently remained in memories?
最近一番記憶に残っているギグは？

I have 3 memorable events in my mind.
When I was 18 or 19, I played as main DJ in front of 40000 or 50000 audience in Benidorm.
My hands were so sweaty and I felt like it was going on forever, yet I was so excited!

Another time was in Tokyo.
For me, Japan is such an exotic and interesting place, especially Tokyo. That was a great moment!!

I've worked in NY ago.
That's the 3rd one. What surprised me was 80% of the audience was Japanese! I played with Cebin Fisher and Richie Santana.
My dream of spinning in NY has just come true.

今までで印象に残ったのは3つあるね。
18、19の頃、ベニドールで4、5万人の前で初めてメインとしてプレイした時。緊張のあまり手が汗ばみ、物凄く長く感じたがとても感動した。

もう一つは東京。
小さい頃から僕にとって、日本という国はとてもエキゾチックで、興味を持っていたんだよ。特に東京という街。本当に最高だった！！

最後は、先日、ニューヨークでやった仕事。

一番驚いたのは、観客の80％が日本人だったということ。
ニューヨークでは、Cebin FisherやRichie Santanaと一緒にプレイしたよ。
ニューヨークでまわすのは本当に夢で実現したんだ。

ここで、これを見ているみんなに一言いいかな。
まずANTENNASOUNDSに心から感謝してるんだ。
日本で、そして東京、大阪でプレイする機会を与えてくれてありがとう。
本当に僕にとって最高のステージとなった。
この機会にANTENNASOUNDSを始め、日本の皆様に心から感謝したいんだ。

4/What do you think of the flow and the music download of digital in the future?
音楽のデジタル配信の流れと将来をどう思う？

From my viewpoint, the recent music industry is not good.
I think I'm still young though, I was raised with (vinyl or analog)records in old school times.
But now, it's very sad we can hardly find those (vinyl)records.
The main stream is CDs everywhere in the world now.
That's very good thing to make much more chances to expand and share music. The problem is free download with MP3 on internet.
But still, we, music producers and musicians must stick together and preserve (vinyl) records.
And, I think it's very important we should put works into the market with CDs, not for free.
It's necessary to preserve music industry.
I think pay download is a good idea, because it values the valuable sound and it leads to protect music.

僕が思うに、今の音楽産業はあまり好ましいものではないよね。
まだ若いつもりだけど、僕はレコード(ビニール盤やアナログ)のオールドスクールの時代に育ったしね。今では残念ながら大げさなくらいレコードはなくなってきている。
CDは今では世界で主流となっているしね。
でも、いろんな人たちにチャンスを与えることができるから、とてもいいことでもあるね。
今ではMP3を使ったインターネット上での音楽無料発信が日常で行われているよ。そんな中、今後は、僕たちのような音楽を発信する側が一緒になって、アナログ盤を守っていくこと、そして作り上げられた作品を無料ではなく、CDなどといった形でマーケットに出していくことがとても重要だと思うんだ。
これは音楽産業をまもっていくためには必要なことだね。
だから、ダウンロードの有料化はいいことだと思うよ。
だって、評価されるべきであるサウンドが評価されて、それが音楽を守っていくことに繋がっているからね。
